Thai Tuna Patties with Spicy Peanut Aioli

Tuna Patties:
1 tbsp oil
3 cans tuna
1/3 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup cabbage
1 small carrot, shredded
3 scallions, sliced
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Spicy Peanut Aioli:
3 tbs mayo
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Mix together the tuna, bread crumbs, eggs, minced, garlic, cabbage, carrot, scallions, and soy sauce

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

Make patties out of the tuna mixture and place in the heated pan without overcrowding. Cook for about 3-4 minutes each side, until the patty is set and does not fall apart when you try to flip it. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Mix together the mayo, lime juice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, sriracha, and peanut butter.
