Thai-Inspired Almond Butter Chicken

3/4 cup gefen_foods almond butter
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sriracha or (if don’t have, replace with 1 tsp garlic powder + 1tsp chili powder + 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper)
4 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into think strips
Mix together the almond butter, water, sriracha, coconut aminos, ginger, lime juice, and brown sugar until it’s smooth.
Remove 3/4 cup of the sauce and set aside for dipping later. Place the chicken in the remaining sauce and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Place on a greased baking sheet and broil on high for 4-5 minutes each side.
Serve chicken hot with the reserved dipping sauce.
