QOTD: How often do you go to charity/thrift shops?
📚
Also, do you sometimes feel like you have exhausted your local charity/thrift shops as well?
📚
This is something that we have been talking about while driving back from a routine charity shopping. Since our local travel restrictions have been slightly lifted, we have been out and about so much that we ended up knowing all changes on our local shop’s shelves. Solution – to travel even further! But with this rate, we will soon be hitting weekend trips to another end of the UK!
📚
This time we have managed to snatch a brand-new copy of The Sanatorium with sprayed edges! Very happy with it, and we can’t wait to start reading! It will go along well with the latest Stuart Turton’s book, which unfortunately was not found in a charity shop! 🙈

We are starting new week with those books:
Nerijus🧔 – The Sanatorium
Ingrid 👩🏻‍🦰 – The Devil And The Dark Water

What books will you be reading this week? 🙃📖

  1. Awesome, great finds! I’m planning to start I’m Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter

  2. I haven’t had a book clear out since before the first lockdown! I’ll probably re-stock a few charity shops in August.

  3. I don’t think I’ve ever actually checked general thrift/charity stores here for books. We do have a used book store that I really like

  4. I have the Sanatorium on my TBR! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it!

  5. Just started reading Deal Breaker by Harlan Coben. Saw him in person on a book tour and had read a few books by him and have been wanting to get back to his books.
