London Broil Salad

Cooked London broil or steak, sliced thin (I used peaslovencarrots pantry staple brick roast marinade on a London broil for this salad)
1 large avocado, diced
2 heads romaine, cleaned and sliced
1/2 English cucumber, diced
1/2 cup of cooked linguine noodles
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1/4 cup crushed everything flat pretzels

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder

In a jar, place the mayo, water, vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Shake until emulsified.

Place the sliced red onion in a small bowl of ice water. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. In a large bowl, place the lettuce, avocado, cucumber, noodles, and London broil. Toss with dressing and top with pretzels.
