🍪 Loaded Chocolate Chips Cookies 🍪
These cookies were born out of laziness. I love cooking and baking, but when it comes to baking I don’t have the patience to put things in separate bowls and I never want to pull out my mixer. These actually started out at s’mores cookies, but I ran out of marshmallows and was also too lazy to run to the store. So I added white chocolate chips instead.
And so with that I give you a *One Bowl,* *No Mixer,* *No Margarine,* delicious loaded chocolate chip cookie recipe.
¾ cups oil
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 ¼ cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
3 graham crackers crushed into chunks and crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using a whisk or fork, mix together the oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Add the baking soda and salt and mix well. Then add in the flour. Mix until well combined. Then using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and graham crackers.
Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, place scoops, spaced out onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
