Europe’s Best Bakeries by Sarah Guy 🧁 Published by @septemberpublishing
This lovely book features reviews of 130 of Europe’s best bakeries, covering 24 different countries and showcasing the best croissants, gateaux and sourdough to be found. I haven’t been able to tick off many of the bakeries in the book yet due to the pandemic but I’m so excited to eventually be able to plan in some bakery visits to some of these bakeries once it is safe to travel again 🤞
First on the list once things start to open up more and a bit closer to home, is @bageriet_london, a Swedish bakery in Covent Garden which I can’t wait to try! For now though, this book makes the perfect coffee break read (and the photography is to die for!)
